Led by an instructor and dietitian, this program will give every family tips and tricks to find recipes that are enjoyable for everyone and make cooking fun. We’ll cover everything from how to hold a knife to introducing new foods to try. You’ll also learn:
Basic cooking techniques to make meal preparation easier
Tips to make healthy food taste delicious
How to fit healthy eating into any budget
Give our cooking class a try
This is a 4-week program for families with children ages 9 to 14. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Classes are offered in English and Spanish.
