Keep your child’s health information at the tip of your fingers with the free Children’s Health mobile app. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or text “APP” to 77444. Message and data rates may apply.

MyChart Account Activation
You may have received an email or text from Children’s Health during your child’s appointment, emergency room visit, or hospital stay that included a link to sign up for MyChart. Click the link and follow the instructions to setup your MyChart username and password. Learn more about activating your MyChart account.
