Biography

Roha Khalid, M.D., is an pediatric neurologist (epileptologist) at Children's Health and an associate professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in seizure disorders, including genetic epileptic encephalopathies, medically intractable epilepsy, neonatal seizures, and post-stroke epilepsy.

Dr. Khalid earned her medical degree at Aga Khan University Medical College and completed her fellowship at the University of Kansas/Children's Mercy Hospital in epilepsy.

She is certified in child neurology and epilepsy by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Khalid joined Children's Health in 2022.

She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the International Pediatric Stroke Organization, the Newborn Brain Society, and the American Epilepsy Society.
